Yes. Per-unit cost reduces as volume increases, and rates are locked for the agreed contract period so your costing stays predictable across a season. Set-up costs such as moulds and dies are one-time and are waived on repeat orders of the same design.

Physical samples ship within 7 days of artwork approval. Bulk production timelines are confirmed in writing at order acknowledgement based on quantity, product type and finishing. Rush schedules can be arranged for launch-critical deliveries — tell us your in-store date and we will plan production backwards from it.

Always. We never ask a brand to commit to bulk without physically approving the product first. We produce sample labels to your artwork within 7 days, you check the hand-feel, colour and durability against your garment, and bulk begins only after your written sign-off.

Yes. We are an established OEM manufacturer supplying 500+ brands and regularly complete vendor registration and supplier onboarding formalities for larger buyers. Send your vendor onboarding pack — including documentation, compliance declarations and technical requirements — and our team will complete it.

Yes. We welcome buyer visits, technical audits and third-party inspections at our Vasai East facility on prior appointment. Many of our long-term brand relationships began with a factory visit, and we are happy to walk your sourcing or QA team through weaving, printing, finishing and packing.

Yes. We routinely handle unreleased artwork, seasonal collections and confidential brand marks. We are happy to execute your standard non-disclosure agreement before artwork is shared, and your designs are never reproduced, resold or shown as samples to other clients.

Yes. We operate an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, and our labels are manufactured to meet OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH and CPSIA requirements. Our care labels follow GINETEX and ISO 3758 care symbol standards, and barcode labels are produced to GS1 ISO/IEC 15416 grading. Yes. Our care labels follow GINETEX and ISO 3758 care symbol standards, and our barcode labels are produced to GS1 ISO/IEC 15416 grading. This means your care and identification labels scan and read correctly across international retail and logistics systems.

Yes. We colour-match to your Pantone or TCX reference and confirm the match on a physical sample before bulk. Because thread and print behave differently across materials, we always send a physical colour approval rather than relying on an on-screen proof.

We retain your approved reference sample and technical specification on file, so every repeat order is produced and checked against the original approval — not against a fresh interpretation of the artwork. This is what allows brands to reorder season after season without visible drift in shade or weave.

Every production run is inspected in-house before dispatch, checked against your approved reference sample for colour, dimensions, weave density, print registration and finishing. Yes. We produce UHF RFID woven labels, NFC labels and GS1-compliant barcode labels for retail inventory, EAS and supply-chain tracking. First orders include integration support and reader compatibility testing so your labels work with your existing retail systems before you scale.

Yes. We manufacture organic cotton labels, recycled-yarn woven labels and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 compliant options for brands with sustainability commitments. Tell us the certification or material standard your brand reports against and we will specify accordingly.

We accept CDR (CorelDRAW), AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS and high-resolution PDF. Minimum 300 DPI for raster artwork. Our in-house team can also digitise from brand guidelines, tech packs or a physical sample of your existing label.
